My name is Keith Hessel, and I am the founder of Serve Business Consulting LLC. I started ServeBC in 2021 after most of the major restrictions surrounding the Covid-19 pandemic had been lifted with the intent of helping businesses and non-profits around the Colorado Springs area bring back and exceed the level of customer service and employee satisfaction they had before the pandemic began.

I have been in customer service of one kind or another for almost 20 years. In that time, I have worked in customer retention, sales, general customer service (including retail and food service), management, volunteer recruitment, and volunteer management to name just a few. I have helped non-profits increase their volunteer and donor bases, I have walked companies through setting up SOPs to ensure customer and employee retention, and I have helped businesses start up entire departments dedicated to improving customer experience and retention.
